MGM Law College follows a transparent refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all applicants and students.
Admission fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered only under special circumstances as per the institution’s guidelines.
Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation. Requests made before the commencement of classes may be partially considered, while requests after course commencement are typically non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days. The amount will be credited through the original payment method or as per the institution’s policy.
Any approved refund may be subject to administrative charges, processing fees, or deductions as decided by MGM Law College.
Fees will not be refunded in cases such as student withdrawal after course commencement, violation of rules, or submission of incorrect information during admission.
If a student voluntarily discontinues the course after admission, no refund shall be granted under normal circumstances.
All refund decisions are subject to approval by the management of MGM Law College and will be final and binding.
MGM Law College reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
